Under the guidance of the Hotel Engineers, operates, maintains and repairs
all aspects of the systems in accordance with brand standards to achieve optimum
operating efficiency of equipment at all times.

A little taste of your
day-to-day:

• Carries out routine maintenance and repairs to all
  types of electrical equipment such as laundry equipment, kitchen equipment,
  heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment including motors and motor
  controls, fans, water treatment plants and emergency generators.


• Attends to all types of repairs and maintenance work in the resort premises,
  including any new additional/extensions to the hotel or any other properties
  maintained by the resort.
• Responsible for carrying out work as planned
  Preventive Maintenance Troubleshooting and repair of various types of light
  fixtures
• Ability to plan, troubleshoot, repair, fill out requisitions
  for items that need to be sent for repair new part requirements with proper
  specifications
• Effectively and accurately troubleshoot and make routine
  adjustments and repairs to DC and AC systems including (but not limited to)
  contactors, relays, VFDs, starters, motors, rectifiers, brakes, sensors,
  controls systems, and PLC components in order to maintain production
  and maintenance schedules

What We need from you:

• A
  passion for delivering an exceptional level of guest service
• College
  or advance vocational training
• Four years’ experience in general
  building maintenance and/or construction or equivalent combination of education
  and experience
• Specialized expertise in electrical fields


• Hotel experience preferred
