buffet, bar and mise en plus setup

stock correctly in accordance with the stock control
regulations

What we need
from you

food and beverage dining outlets

style="font-size:12.0pt;">Function and Event experience from corporate to social
between 200-300 people
style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36.0pt;">

style="font-size:12.0pt;">Demonstration of basic hospitality skills, 3 plate
carry, beverage tray carry, barista coffees, mise en place, function room
setup-
style="font-size:12.0pt;">Beverage knowledge of wines, beers, spirits
and ability to use your creative flair when mixing and creative
cocktails -
style="font-size:12.0pt;">Food knowledge of modern Australian
cuisine -
style="font-size:12.0pt;">Computer literacy POS Infosys entering orders
and cashiering -
style="font-size:12.0pt;">A positive attitude and ability to multi-task moving
at a fast pace -
style="font-size:12.0pt;">Collaborate within a dynamic team and pivot
in changing situations

or 2am for events, weekends and public holiday shifts are all part of
