What We Need from You:

Maintain sales & complaint records; report
to Restaurant Manager

Control supplies & par stock

Set side
duties & follow up with team

Support staff scheduling &
emergency coverage

Assist cost control & achieve sales
targets

Oversee event setup & coordinate with other
departments

Monitor service flow & daily operations (SOP &
safety compliance)

Welcome guests, present menu & promote
specials

Handle guest feedback & resolve
complaints

Supervise, train & lead restaurant team

Monitor
equipment, maintenance & sanitation

Ensure guest satisfaction &
minimize breakage/spoilage

Maintain positive, service-minded
attitude
