Night Audit

Our hotels never sleep. So we are looking for a Night
Auditor who shares our commitment to excellence and who thrives in
a dynamic, guest-focused environment. you will be responsible for providing
overnight front desk services and ensuring the accuracy of hotel financial
records for the day. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless guest
experience after hours while maintaining hotel operations, security, and service
standards.

As a Night Auditor, your shift will start 11:00 pm and finish
7:30 am.

A little taste of your day-to-day

• Assisting the Night Manager in preparing overnight reports, balance
  the daily transactions and setting up for the day ahead.
• Processing
  payments including room charges, debit and credit, cash and cheques
  in accordance with established procedures
• Checking guests in, out
  and managing any wake-up call requests
• Answering phones and dealing
  with overnight guest queries
• Performing other duties such as concierge
  services, room service and special guest requests
• Ensure safety
  and security of all guests and employees

from you

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers,
  employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and
  the Company.
• Ability to problem solve, stay organised and adapt in
  the moment.
• Accounting and mathematics skills for accurate auditing
  and payment processing
• Excellent written and verbal communication
  skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills


• Knowledge of Opera is Highly Regarded
• Driver's License
  (Preferred)
• RSA and Food Safety Certificates
• Availability
  to work a 7-day overnight roster including weekends and public holidays.
