At voco™ Cairo Arabella Plaza, the very first voco
in Egypt, we believe in creating a welcoming atmosphere where our

experiences.

We are looking for a Hostess
who will create a welcoming atmosphere in our restaurants, ensuring every guest
feels valued and cared for.

A little taste of your
day-to-day:
Every day is different at IHG,
but you’ll mostly be:

• Greeting and welcoming
  guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Managing
  restaurant reservations, waitlists, and guest seating.


• Escorting guests to their tables and coordinating with service staff
  for smooth operations.
• Answering inquiries about menu
  items, promotions, and hotel facilities.
• Handling guest
  feedback and ensuring any concerns are resolved promptly.


• Assisting with table setups, menus, and maintaining a clean, organized
  reception area.
• Promoting special offers, loyalty
  programs, and in-house services.

What we need
from you:

• Previous experience as a hostess
  or in guest service, preferably in a 4/5-star hotel.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.


• A warm, welcoming personality and professional appearance.


• Fluency in English and other languages is an advantage.
