【お仕事内容】  

車の誘導
ロビーにいらっしゃるお客様への接客業務
チェックイン後の客室までのアテンド業務
宅配業務など
ゲストからのメール・電話問い合わせ対応
ゲストのチェックイン・チェックアウト
ゲストの観光案内及びホテル内施設のご予約手配
その他、ホテル付随業務

【経験・資格】

経験者優遇
長期勤務可能な方
終始笑顔でお客様と接することができる方
英語、他言語ができれば尚良し
普通自動車免許（ATのみ可能）

【Job Responsibilities】

Guide and direct vehicles
upon arrival
Greet and assist guests in the lobby
Escort guests to their
rooms after check-in
Handle delivery and shipping services
Respond
to guest inquiries via email and phone
Perform guest check-in and check-out
procedures
Provide sightseeing information and assist with reservations
for hotel facilities
Other duties related to hotel operations

【Experience & Qualifications】
Prior experience in hospitality
is preferred
Willingness to commit to long-term employment
Ability
to interact with guests with a warm and friendly smile at all
times
Proficiency in English or other foreign languages is a plus
Valid
driver’s license (automatic transmission only accepted)
