Responsibilities

• Craft Delicious Dishes: Prepare and present high-quality
  dishes that align with our menu and concept.
• Maintain Quality
  Standards: Ensure the freshness, preparation techniques, and storage
  of all ingredients meet our high standards.
• Ensure
  Excellence: Oversee the quality and hygiene of all dishes served.


• Demonstrate Your Culinary Talent: Execute cooking
  procedures, portioning, garnishing, and presentation with precision
  and creativity.
• Manage Inventory: Order and manage
  stock using daily inventory lists.
• Train and Mentor:
  Guide and develop trainees and apprentices.
• Uphold Food
  Safety: Adhere to and monitor compliance with HACCP standards and food
  safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the Team: Foster
  teamwork and effective communication with other departments.
