Job Description

岗位职责：

style="margin-left:0px;">1、负责酒店的库存物资的成本核算与控制，定期与有关帐目进行核对。

style="margin-left:0px;">2、编制配餐卡，对每一种食品菜肴按消耗量编出成本计算单，为制定销售价格提供依据。

style="margin-left:0px;">3、做好餐饮部总监和总厨的业务沟通，对酒店饮食管理控制系统提出提出改进意见。

style="margin-left:0px;">4、定期与采购部、餐饮部共同对市场价格进行调查、分析，更有效地控制进价。

style="margin-left:0px;">5、对仓库、收货部进行工作检查，严格各种物品、食品、饮料的购入、验收、入库、出库等有关手续和标准。

style="margin-left:0px;">6、减少库存积压，配合库房每月汇总库存物资积压表，尽量利用库存积压物资以减低成本。
