Job Description

We're always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So, we're searching for
a Assistant Business Development Manager with a track record
of hunting, driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms
and event halls.

A little taste of your day-to-day


  • A hunter mentality for driving and closing sales.
  • Manage daily
    sales activities.
  • Develops and maintains contact with business
    generators, meeting and convention planners, visitors/convention bureau,
    corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied
    to Hotel business.
  • Monitors competitors activities and assists
    in marketing intelligence.
  • Plan and conduct familiarization tours
    and site inspections.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Sales, Marketing or related fields, with 2 to 3 years' experience or
    an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

  • Demonstrates ability to interact with clients, employees and third parties
    that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
  • Problem
    solving, reasoning, motivating and drive to succeed.
