We believe that happy and well-fed staff members are the key to exceptional
guest experiences. As Assistant Stewarding Manager in our staff cafeteria,
you will play a crucial role in ensuring our team members receive extraordinary
culinary services day in and day out.
A little taste
of your day-to-day
Every day is different,
but you’ll mostly be:
- Maintain a high standard
of cleanliness and hygiene in the staff cafeteria area.
- Supervise and train cafeteria staff in food handling and safety
procedures. - Assist in menu planning, ensuring a variety
of nutritious, appetizing meals for staff members. - Monitor
inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain records of food and beverage
consumption. - Ensure compliance with health and safety
regulations and company policies. - Take an active role
in resolving customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Assist with administrative duties, including scheduling shifts
and managing payroll.
What do we need
from you?
- Previous experience in
a supervisory role, preferably in a food and beverage setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
regulations. - Exceptional communication and leadership
skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Flexibility
to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
