负责酒店客房楼层区域的日常清洁与整理，确保客房及公共区域（如走廊、电梯厅、楼梯间等）整洁、有序、符合卫生与安全标准。
2.
按照服务流程为住客提供基础客房服务，包括但不限于行李协助、物品递送、需求响应及简单咨询解答。
3. 协助完成客房布草更换、消耗品补充、设施巡检及异常情况及时上报，保障客房运营顺畅。
4. 配合客房部主管完成日常排班任务、临时性支援工作及酒店组织的服务质量提升活动。

具备良好的服务意识与沟通表达能力，能以礼貌、耐心、主动的态度应对不同客群需求； 2.
至少1年及以上四星级或以上标准酒店客房服务或楼层服务相关工作经验； 3.
熟悉客房清洁标准、布草管理规范及基础安全操作流程，持有有效健康证； 4.
身体健康，能适应轮班制工作安排，具备基本的体力劳动能力与抗压能力。
