/>1、大专以上学历，3年以上同等类型酒店工作经验，其中招聘工作经验至少2年以上；
2、熟悉招聘业务流程以及各种招聘渠道； 3、熟练掌握两种以上人才测评或面试技巧；
4、思维敏捷，富有工作激情，具较强的沟通能力与抗压能力。
