至少亲自接待百分之八十的客人以及与他们告别； 鼓励和激发员工提供合适的服务。
执行有效的酒水服务，确保做到以下几方面：
推销酒水并随时为客人添加酒水，遵守酒水服务制度；
与顾客谈论酒，建议酒的类型和风格，记录酒水单和上酒； 向顾客推销和销售酒精类饮品；
根据标准供应热的咖啡和茶。 为提供高效的服务，确保员工清楚他们的工作职责。
提供周到的服务。 在餐饮总监的同意下，设计促销的材料，增加收益和利润。
与酒店外部客人和个人的联系，包含但不限于目前顾客和潜在客户，如业主公司代表，供应商，竞争者以及本地社区的其他成员等等。

至少5年及以上同类型国际联号酒店中餐厅管理岗位工作经验。
有政府接待、宴请统筹经验者优先，需熟悉政府接待流程、礼仪规范及相关要求。
