培训并指导新入职员工，提升团队整体业务能力和服务水平。

本科及以上学历，管理、商业或相关专业优先。 2.
至少2年以上零售或服务业值班经理/主管工作经验，熟悉店铺运营流程。 3.
具备良好的沟通协调能力，能有效处理顾客投诉及团队内部矛盾。 4.
具备较强的责任心和应急处理能力，能在紧急情况下迅速做出决策。 5.
熟悉库存管理、成本控制及财务基础知识，能进行基本的财务分析。 6.
熟练使用办公软件（如Excel、Word）及店铺管理系统，具备数据分析能力。 7.
良好的团队合作精神，能够激励并带领团队达成目标。 8.
身体健康，能适应轮班工作制，包括周末和节假日。
