4、检查客房部的设施和管理，抽查及提升本部门整体工作质量及工作效率。
5、组织编制部门工作程序及工作考评。
1、高中以上学历
2、有2年以上同星级客房管理工作经验。 3、熟悉客房部专业知识。
4、掌握熟悉客房管理、服务流程和质量标准。
5、具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。
