3. 组织开展保安人员的培训与演练，提升团队的安全意识和应急处理能力。 4.
定期对安全设施进行检查与维护，确保消防设备、监控系统等处于良好运行状态。 5.
与客户、警方及相关部门保持良好沟通，及时汇报安全情况，协调处理安全相关问题。 6.
负责处理客户对保安服务的投诉与建议，持续改进服务质量。
1.
不限学历，但需具备2年以上保安或相关安全管理工作经验。 2.
具备良好的组织协调能力和团队管理能力，能有效指挥保安团队开展工作。 3.
熟悉安全防范知识，掌握基本的应急处理技能，能够迅速应对各类安全事件。 4.
责任心强，具备良好的职业道德和服务意识，能够严格遵守公司规章制度。 5.
身体健康，能够适应轮班工作制度，具备良好的体能和心理素质。 6.
拥有良好的沟通能力和问题解决能力，能够与客户、警方及相关部门有效沟通。
