工作职责 1.
负责接收顾客送来的待洗衣物，仔细核对衣物数量、种类及洗涤要求，并做好详细记录。 2.
按照衣物的材质、颜色、污渍程度等进行分类，选择合适的洗涤方式和洗涤剂。 3.
操作各类洗衣设备，如洗衣机、烘干机、熨烫机等，确保衣物得到正确、高效的清洗和护理。 4.
对洗涤后的衣物进行检查，处理可能存在的污渍残留、褶皱等问题，保证衣物干净整洁、无损坏。
5. 将清洗熨烫好的衣物进行整理、折叠或挂放，按照顾客要求进行包装，并通知顾客取衣。 6.
定期对洗衣设备和工具进行清洁、维护和保养，确保设备正常运行，延长设备使用寿命。 7.
保持洗衣工作区域的整洁卫生，及时清理垃圾和杂物，营造良好的工作环境。 8.
处理顾客关于洗衣服务的咨询、投诉和建议，积极与顾客沟通，提高顾客满意度。
/>任职资格 1. 不限学历，有相关经验者优先。 2.
具备至少1年的洗衣工作经验，熟悉各类衣物的洗涤和护理方法。 3.
能够熟练操作洗衣机、烘干机、熨烫机等洗衣设备。 4.
具有良好的责任心和服务意识，能够认真对待每一件衣物。 5.
具备较强的沟通能力和问题解决能力，能够与客户有效沟通。 6.
身体健康，能够承受一定的工作强度。
