you to join us as an Accounting Clerk (m/f/d).

mathematical accuracy, and ensuring proper posting - Issuing invoices
and preparing billing statements - Organizing, safeguarding,
and maintaining files, records, and payment documents - Preparing
financial statements and corresponding reports - Supporting internal
and external audits - A completed vocational training is desirable,
or relevant experience in accounting is advantageous, but not essential!
- A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
- Proficient
computer skills - A keen eye for detail
- Numerical affinity
and strategic thinking - Good command of German and English, both spoken
and written
What to Expect:
After
comprehensive onboarding, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Recording and reviewing daily accounting transactions (Income Audit)
- Preparation of bank transfers
- Responsibility for cashier
agreements/contracts and maintenance of the cash machine - Organizing,
safeguarding, and maintaining files, records, and payment documents
- Preparing financial statements and corresponding reports
- Supporting
internal and external audits
What We Expect
from You:
- A completed vocational training is desirable,
or relevant experience in accounting is advantageous, but not essential!
- A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
- Proficient
computer skills - A keen eye for detail
- Numerical affinity
