EXPERIENCE

  1. Support Marianne Wilt, Lori Frino and Elizabeth
    Bieler & occasionally Sales Coordinators
    1. Proposals (Cvent, MI
      Leads, Q9 Proposals, Sales Companion, RFP’s)
    2. Contracts

    3. Addendums
    4. Turnovers (update CI or SFA to match the contract, Send
      out turnover notice to hotel)
    5. Invoices
    6. Build and update Room
      Blocks in CI/SFA
    7. Build and update Event Agendas in CI/SFA
    8. Send
      BE’s
    9. Deposits (Send Sertifi Links to clients or Emails to Accounting
      for deposits)
    10. Correspondence (clients, hotels, colleagues, send deposit
      receipts, countersigned contracts and addendums and general correspondence &
      Collateral)
    11. Research
    12. Name Tags
    13. PowerPoints

    14. Excel Spreadsheets ( room rate calculations, meal plan, contracts)


  2. Weekly Funnel Calls
    1. Luxury Team: Run PHT
      Report- distribute to team and properties in advance of calls.
    2. Organize
      the order for the Funnel Call
    3. Schedule monthly, may need to cancel
      or reschedule call.


  1. Resort Champion:
    1. Resort Champion and backup for three of
      the resorts
    2. Collect, update and share information on
      the above-mentioned Hotels in OneNote, Teams, Contracts, Proposals, Cvent

    3. Maintain accuracy of all information, property information, etc.

  1. PowerPoints:
    1. Update PowerPoint
      Presentations and create new ones using Canva if needed. Gather information
      and images on our properties to share with customers.

  1. Luxury Funnel Formatter Report

    1. Prepare the Luxury Funnel Report into Excel Sheet and email it out to
      the team
  2. Update the Quote Expiration Date, Enter Missing #
    of attendees or peak rooms on the report and update the Completed Response
    Status if past due.
  3. Onboarding New Hotels to Portfolio

    1. Teams Access
    2. Proposal Access
    3. Access to Sertifi

    4. Training new hires
