POSITION SUMMARY
The Cluster Revenue Coordinator
supports the Revenue Management team in maximizing room revenue across
the cluster by maintaining accurate reservation and inventory information,
implementing revenue strategies, and monitoring system performance. This role
works closely with Sales, Reservations, and hotel operations teams to ensure
optimal inventory management and compliance with company initiatives.
Key
Responsibilities
Support room inventory management to maximize cluster
revenue.
Maintain accurate reservation system information.
Prepare
competitive analysis and sales strategy reports.
Assist with rate
and inventory controls.
Generate monthly reports and support forecasting
activities.
Update Revenue Management reports and perform system
checks.
Support the implementation of sales strategies in reservation
systems.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality revenue management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical
and communication skills.
