What you can expect:

During your training, you will gain comprehensive insight into all
processes related to the planning and execution of events:

• Organization and planning of events (conferences, celebrations,
  corporate events)
• Advising and supporting our guests
  and clients
• Preparation of event proposals
  and schedules
• Coordination with various hotel departments
  (service, kitchen, technical team)
• Assisting with
  the on-site execution of events
• Insights into marketing,
  sales, and customer relationship management
• Post-event
  follow-up and billing

What we expect
from you:

· Interest in organization,
planning, and events

· A friendly
and service-oriented attitude

· Strong
communication skills and ability to work in a team

· Reliability and commitment

· Flexibility (including occasional evenings and weekends)

· Good command of German; knowledge of English
is an advantage
