  • style="margin-left:0px">Rise with us and be responsible for managing
    the planning and executing HR activities, programs and initiatives

  • style="margin-left:0px">Manage the onboarding of new associates and review
    all employment contracts

style="margin:0px; padding:0px">
  • style="margin-left:0px">Reinforce our commitment to associate’s
    wellbeing
    by assisting with the facilitation of new associate’s
    orientation programs whilst liaising with other key departments
    leaders

  • Assist in interviewing
    candidates whilst supporting other departments throughout the recruitment
    process

  • Manage all areas
    of recruitment whilst following talent acquisition requirements

  • style="margin-left:0px">Strategically manage all aspects of the employee
    life cycle in collaboration with your Human Resources Team

  • style="margin-left:0px">Plan, organise and execute TakeCare events
    and activities for associates, creating a people-first environment and enhancing
    their overall wellbeing

  • style="margin-left:0px">Assist with creating the hotel’s talent
    acquisition strategy, networking with local organisations and attending external
    recruitment fairs

style="margin:0px; padding:0px">
  • style="margin-left:0px">Communicate performance expectations in accordance
    with job descriptions for each position


  • style="margin-left:0px">Assist with ensuring employee files contain
    required employment paperwork are properly maintained and secured for
    the required length of time, focusing on attention to detail

  • style="margin-left:0px">Assists with managing Workers Compensation claims
    to ensure appropriate employee care and manage costs

About You:

  • style="margin-left:0px">Relevant experience in a similar managerial
    role

  • Strong knowledge
    in employment law

  • style="margin-left:0px">Working rights in Australia
