Support the rollout, adoption, and ongoing
management of finance systems (FIAT, PeopleSoft, e-A&L and Concur).
This role focuses on ensuring system readiness for hotels, providing user
support, coordinating training, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Implementation
& Readiness
- Maintain system trackers (FIAT &
PeopleSoft Smartsheets) and monitor hotel readiness - Review
configuration templates and key reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Track pre-opening progress and support system implementation activities
2. Training & Communication
- Plan
and coordinate training schedules and webinars - Host training sessions
and support user onboarding - Manage training communications, including
invitations and follow-ups - Develop basic training materials
and self-learning content (e.g., videos)
3. System Support
& Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a point of contact
for hotel enquiries and system-related support - Manage support mailbox
and respond to user queries in a timely manner - Liaise with internal
teams and stakeholders to resolve issues
Reporting,
Adoption & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor system
adoption and prepare periodic reports - Support FIAT billing
and e-A&L monthly completion tracking - Conduct surveys, analyze
feedback, and recommend improvements
Qualifications & Experience
- Undergraduate
degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but
not mandatory - 3–5 years of experience in finance systems, ERP support,
or project coordination - Experience with ERP systems and hospitality
operations is an advantage
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel; proficient in PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with Smartsheet or tracking tools preferred
- Ability
to create simple training materials and video recordings (Microsoft clip
champ)
