Position
Summary:

style="margin-left:0px">Support your Guest Services team with general
operational tasks
style="margin:0px; padding:0px">

style="margin-left:0px">Assign rooms according to guest requests
and preferences whenever possible

style="margin-left:0px">Handle general hotel enquiries, engage and inspire
guests through each guest experience

style="margin-left:0px">Assist with verifying and adjusting billing
for guests whilst following up with guest questions and requests, focusing
on attention to detail
style="margin:0px; padding:0px">

style="margin-left:0px">Build and strengthen relationships with existing
and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future
bookings
style="margin-left:0px">
About You:

style="margin-left:0px">Experience with OPERA property management system
or similar
style="margin:0px; padding:0px">
