you will lead the banquet set-up team to ensure flawless execution of events,
creating memorable experiences for every guest.

What You’ll Do - Supervise banquet housepersons
and oversee staffing levels to ensure timely and efficient event set-up
and breakdown. - Assign duties to team members, schedule shifts,
and monitor performance to maintain service levels within labor
models. - Ensure proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms are available
and in good condition for all associates. - Assist in training,
interviewing, and onboarding new associates while reinforcing a positive team
culture. - Oversee meeting room set-up, tear down, and refreshes according
to banquet event orders (BEOs) and handle last-minute requests. - Maintain
cleanliness, safety, and organization of banquet areas, storerooms,
and equipment while following all health and safety standards.
What You’ll Bring - Strong
leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and guide
a team. - Ability to perform all banquet set-up functions and operate
industrial equipment such as vacuums and buffers. - Knowledge of emergency
procedures, safety protocols, and compliance with workplace
standards. - TIPS Certification and completion of required training,
including Chemical and Bloodborne Pathogen training. - A commitment
to professionalism, teamwork, and delivering excellent guest service.
