White Lodging is seeking an experienced bartender to join our
hotel bar team! As part of a hospitality company operating premium hotels,
rooftop bars, and restaurants across top U.S. cities, you'll craft cocktails,
deliver exceptional guest experiences, and thrive in a high-energy, upscale bar
environment. Whether you're a seasoned hotel bartender or an ambitious
bartending professional ready to grow, we'd love to meet

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality bar service
to all guests — building personal connections through friendly conversation,
intuitive drink recommendations, and a welcoming atmosphere - Maintain
a clean, organized bar station; complete daily bar cleaning and side work
to health and safety standards - Demonstrate expert knowledge of the full
cocktail menu, beer and wine selections, ingredients, preparation methods,
and garnishes — confidently answering guest questions - Ensure consistent
food and beverage quality and presentation that meets guest expectations every
time - Accurately process all payment methods — cash, card, and digital —
and complete end-of-shift reconciliation - Promote teamwork and contribute
to a safe, positive work environment - Card all guests and monitor
responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice and ensure liquor law
compliance - Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
- An outgoing, social
personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest
service - Sharp attention to detail — from cocktail presentation to guest
satisfaction - A positive, can-do attitude and team-player
mindset - Previous bartending experience preferred — hotel, restaurant,
or rooftop bar backgrounds a plus; willing to train the right
candidate - Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques,
and responsible alcohol service practices - Ability to stand and move at
a fast pace for extended periods; flexibility to work evenings, weekends,
and holidays
