• Create and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages
  with precision, creativity, and style.
• Deliver engaging
  and personalized service that reflects the bold personality of W Hotels.


• Build genuine connections with guests, anticipating their needs
  and exceeding expectations.
• Maintain the highest standards
  of presentation, cleanliness, and organization throughout the bar area.


• Prepare fresh garnishes, stock supplies, and ensure everything is ready
  to deliver a seamless service.
• Process transactions accurately
  and responsibly handle cash and payment procedures.
• Contribute to
  the energy and atmosphere of the venue, helping create memorable guest
  experiences every day.
• Collaborate closely with the wider Food &
  Beverage team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

• Previous experience in a bar, cocktail bar,
  lounge, restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Passion
  for mixology, beverages, and guest engagement.
• Strong communication
  skills and an outgoing personality.
• Ability to perform confidently in
  a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail
  and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Team player mindset
  with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Good level of English; additional
  languages are a plus.
