Here is what you will be doing each
day:
The Bell & Valet Captain is responsible for leading
the daily operations of the Bell and Valet team while ensuring exceptional guest
arrival and departure experiences.
This position oversees luggage assistance, valet parking operations,
transportation services, and the overall flow of the hotel entrance. The Bell &
Valet Captain serves as a leader within the Front Office, ensuring team members
deliver outstanding hospitality, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold
the highest standards of safety and guest service.

You have a keen eye for detail, and respect
the importance that impeccable hospitality is required of the role. You don’t
shy away from physical work and can lift up luggage that could weigh up to 50
lbs. The pride you have in your organizational and time management skills
will be a great benefit in this role. You are looking for some flexibility in
a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings
and weekends works for your personal life.
You must have a valid driver's license.
