ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Restaurant
Manager for W Edinburgh and SUSHISAMBA, you will be the key point of contact
for our guests when they come for breakfast in the restaurant: making them feel
welcome, taking their food and drink orders, making recommendations,
and ensuring they have the best possible time while dining with us.

Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel’s
breakfast operation and beyond. We are looking for someone who is
a people-person, loves the buzz of working in a busy restaurant, and
is passionate about what they do!

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the SUSHISAMBA General Manager for W Edinburgh, the Breakfast
Supervisor will have overall responsibility for directing the daily operation
of the floor, ensuring the breakfast team works together to provide exceptional
service to our guests.

to the success of the hotel and beyond. We are looking for someone who
is motivated, a people-person and passionate about what they do!

As
Breakfast Supervisor, key aspects of your role will include:

• Help
  to recruit and retain the best talent on the market
• Develop teamwork
  throughout your team as it grows
• Be a W brand ambassador, ensuring
  the brand’s voice is present in your interactions with guests and talent


• Lead by example, displaying the highest standards of hospitality to guests
  and talent
• Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and licensing


• Maintain food hygiene and sanitation standards
• Work
  in collaboration with the wider Beverage and Food team

Our ideal
Breakfast Supervisor is someone who has:

• Previous experience
  working in high-end, high-volume restaurants and/or hotels, preferable
  in Breakfast service
• Excellent communication skills
• The
  ability to create memorable experiences for guests
• The ability to lead,
  mentor and motivate others
• A positive mindset
• A genuine
  passion for working in hospitality
