The Catering Sales & Events
Manager is responsible for generating social catering revenue while delivering
exceptional event planning and execution for assigned groups. This position is 2
parts, first the position serves as the primary point of contact for social
events from prospecting and contracting through planning, onsite execution,
and post-event follow-up.
In addition, this position will fully detail groups that are contracted
and turned over by the Sales team. The role combines strategic sales, event
management, client relationship management, and operational coordination
to maximize revenue while creating memorable guest
experiences.
