• Preparation of proposals
• Management of pre-bookings and room/event
  blocks in the Opera system
• Preparation of contracts and pro forma
  invoices
• Review of signed contracts: deposit management, file creation,
  payment verification, etc.
• Preparation of BEOs (Banquet Event
  Orders)
• Completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks


• Attendance at Catering Meetings and preparation of weekly reports


• Preparation of ESS (Event Satisfaction Surveys)
• Management
  and administration of SPG Pro (Loyalty Program) preparation and enrollment
  activities
