Supervise and coordinate activities
of cooks and workers
Inform Food &
Beverage service staff of menu specials and out of stock menu
items.
Prepare special meals
or substitute items.
Provide cooks
with needed items.
Maintain kitchen logs
for food safety program and food products.
Relevant experience
in the same or similar role in a high end restaurant or 5 star hotel
environment
Trade qualification /be
a qualified Chef
Passion for food
and aspirations to grow your culinary career
