Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Assists the Pastry Sous Chef in ensuring the quality, consistency,
and production of all pastry, bakery, chocolate, confectionery, ice cream,
plated desserts, and afternoon tea items within areas of responsibility.
Exhibits pastry expertise by personally performing production tasks while
leading the pastry team and managing all pastry-related operations. Works
closely with the team to improve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency,
and financial performance while maintaining the highest food safety and quality
standards. Develops and trains associates to continuously improve
results

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

Education:
Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.

Related Work Experience:
At least 3 years of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
