Key
responsibilities:

• Be responsible for
  the quality, consistency, and productivity of the hotel's cold
  kitchen
• Developing culinary talent


• Be actively involved in leading the kitchen team and managing daily
  tasks
• Collaborate with the team to improve guest
  and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget


• Ensure compliance with and enforces hygiene and safety
  standards
• Be accountable for overall daily kitchen
  operations
• Be interacting with guests to obtain feedback
  on product quality and service levels

Ideal Candidate
Profile

We are looking for a passionate culinary
talent who thrives in a dynamic luxury environment. In this role, you
will seamlessly anticipate guest desires, transforming a profound love for
the culinary arts into exceptional, personalized dining experiences that leave
a lasting impression.

Key qualifications
and skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience
  in the cold kitchen
• Excellent leadership and communication
  skills
• Culinary experience in the hot kitchen is
  a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
  environment
• Intermediate English proficiency


• Strong attention to detail
• Proven track record
  in training and mentoring
• Flexibility regarding both
  working hours and requests
