Chief
Engineerとして、ホテルの建物・設備・敷地の維持管理業務全般を統括していただきます。

安全管理・セキュリティ・資産保全を推進するとともに、設備保全計画、修繕、予防保全、エネルギー管理、設備投資などを総合的にマネジメントし、快適で安全なホテル環境を維持する重要なポジションです。

また、エンジニアリングチームをリードし、法令遵守の徹底や緊急時対応の指揮を担っていただきます。

• エンジニアリング部門の運営・マネジメント


• 建物・設備・敷地の維持管理および保守管理


• 空調（HVAC）、給排水、電気設備、冷凍・冷蔵設備、防災設備などの管理


• 予防保全計画の策定・実施および設備点検の管理


• 修繕・改修・設備更新プロジェクトの計画・推進


• 部門予算、修繕費、設備投資（CAPEX）の策定・管理


• エネルギー管理および省エネルギー施策の推進


• 法令・安全基準・ホテルブランド基準への準拠


• ゲストからの設備に関する問い合わせやトラブルへの対応


• 緊急時における施設対応および危機管理のリード


• エンジニアリングスタッフの育成・指導・評価


• 他部門と連携し、ホテル全体のサービス品質向上を推進

【必須】

• 高等学校卒業以上


• ホテル、商業施設、ビル管理などにおける設備管理・施設管理経験（4年以上）
  
  または


• 建築・建設・機械・電気・設備工学等の関連分野の専門学校・短期大学・大学卒業後、設備管理経験2年以上


• 空調（HVAC）、電気設備、給排水設備などに関する知識・実務経験


• マネジメントまたはチームリーダー経験

【歓迎】

• ホテル業界での設備管理経験


• 建築物環境衛生管理技術者、電気工事士、消防設備士、ボイラー技士、冷凍機械責任者などの関連資格


• 英語での基本的なコミュニケーション能力


• 予算管理・設備投資プロジェクトの経験

• 高い安全意識と責任感を持ち、施設全体を管理できる方


• 問題解決能力が高く、迅速な判断・対応ができる方


• チームをリードし、メンバー育成に意欲のある方


• 他部門と円滑なコミュニケーションを図りながら業務を推進できる方
