Job
Description:

-Oversee the maintenance and operation of all hotel facilities, equipment,
and engineering systems.

-Lead and supervise
the Engineering team to ensure efficient daily operations.

programs to minimize equipment downtime.

-Ensure
compliance with safety, fire, and statutory regulations.

-Manage repairs, maintenance projects, contractors,
and service providers.

-Monitor departmental
budgets, maintenance costs, and energy consumption.

-Respond promptly to engineering emergencies and operational
issues.

style="font-style:normal; font-weight:400"> -Coordinate with other departments
to support smooth hotel operations.

-Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all certifications are up
to date.

style="font-style:normal; font-weight:400"> -Support renovation and capital
improvement projects when required.

Job Qualifications:

-Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering,
or a related field.

-Minimum 4 years
of engineering experience in the hospitality industry, with supervisory
experience preferred.

-Strong knowledge
of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building systems.

-Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving
skills.

maintenance, budgeting, and contractor management.
