We are looking for our next great Leader to join us on our
Engineering Team. We are committed to providing you with:

Here is what
you will be doing each day:

• Troubleshoot and repair
  malfunctions in mechanical or electrical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing)
  and other equipment throughout the hotel.
• Perform preventative
  maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.
• Maintain the building
  exterior and "curb appeal" (e.g., snow removal, lawn care, painting,
  and gardening).
• Maintain franchise standards and follow-up on inspection
  deficiencies.
• Implements and maintains Crescent’s preventative
  maintenance program
• Assist General Manager with annual Capital Plan
  development.
• Coordinate compliance of service contracts.
• Perform
  any other job related duties as assigned.

Does this sound

You have experience and a passion for providing our
guests with excellent customer service. At least one year in any customer
service field.
