An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and strategic Cluster Director
of Revenue Management to join our South East Queensland Revenue Cluster,
supporting 2 of our 5 Star Properties in the Brisbane market.

In
this role, you will lead all aspects of revenue strategy and performance across
the cluster. You will be responsible for forecasting, pricing, inventory
management, and distribution, ensuring alignment with Marriott’s global
standards and pricing philosophy. Through strong leadership and commercial
insight, you will drive revenue growth, optimise profitability, and deliver
consistent results. You're a strategic thinker with a passion for performance.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, love uncovering opportunities hidden
within data, and are confident presenting recommendations to executive
leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy
& Performance

  • Develop and execute demand forecasts, deploying
    pricing strategies and inventory controls to maximise occupancy, ADR,
    and RevPAR
  • Ensure the optimal business mix across transient, group,
    and corporate segments to drive profitability
  • Lead pricing strategies
    in line with Marriott’s Global and Divisional Pricing Policies
  • Maintain
    alignment with Marriott’s Best Available Rate (BAR) philosophy and inventory
    strategies

Distribution & Channel Optimisation


  • Oversee and optimise all revenue distribution channels, including brand.com,
    GDS, and third-party platforms
  • Ensure pricing strategies are accurately
    reflected across all channels
  • Analyse channel performance and drive
    improvements in ROI and contribution

Group & Segment
Management

  • Provide strategic guidance to Sales on group
    opportunities, ensuring optimal rate and inventory decisions
  • Oversee
    group block management, including cut-off dates, rooming lists,
    and pickup/attrition performance
  • Lead weekly group review meetings
    to ensure alignment and maximise opportunities

Reporting &
Commercial Insights

  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting on revenue
    performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives
  • Analyse trends,
    performance data, and promotional ROI to inform decision-making
  • Ensure
    data integrity and accuracy across all Marriott systems

Leadership
& Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Lead weekly revenue strategy
    meetings across the cluster
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing,
    and Operations to align on business strategy and performance goals

  • Drive adoption and effective utilisation of Marriott revenue management
    tools and systems
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to influence
    outcomes and support business success

Governance &
Compliance

  • Ensure all revenue practices align with Marriott
    policies, standards, and confidentiality requirements
  • Maintain
    disciplined processes and high standards of accuracy across all revenue
    functions

About You

  • A strategic
    and results-driven Revenue Management leader with a strong analytical
    mindset
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Revenue Management, ideally
    within a multi-property or cluster environment
  • Proven ability
    to analyse complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies

  • Strong experience in forecasting, pricing, and revenue optimisation

  • Skilled at stakeholder management, with the ability to influence
    and collaborate effectively across functions
  • Excellent communication
    and presentation skills
  • A proactive, performance-driven mindset with
    a focus on continuous improvement
    and excellence
