us as a Pastry Commis Chef, you will play an integral role
in crafting world-class pastries, desserts, and sweet experiences that reflect

Position Summary:
- Assist in the daily preparation and presentation of high-quality
pastries, desserts, breads, and specialty items across the hotel. - Work
closely with the Pastry Chef and culinary team to support service across
restaurants, banquets, Club Lounge, afternoon tea, and special events.
- Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, consistency,
and presentation with meticulous attention to detail. - Ensure your
workstation is organised, clean, and efficiently maintained throughout
service. - Follow recipes, production schedules, and plating standards
while developing your technical pastry skills. - Adhere to all Food
Safety, HACCP, Hygiene, and Workplace Health & Safety standards.
- Bring creativity, passion, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced luxury
environment. - Contribute to creating memorable guest experiences through
exceptional culinary execution.
About You:
- Certificate III in Commercial
Cookery, Patisserie, or currently working towards a relevant qualification.
- A genuine passion for pastry and luxury hospitality.
- Previous
experience in a pastry kitchen, hotel, restaurant, bakery, or similar
environment is advantageous. - Strong attention to detail and commitment
to quality. - A positive attitude and eagerness to learn from experienced
culinary professionals. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team
