renovated JW Steakhouse, boasting stunning interiors on Park Lane, the return
of classic steakhouse favourites and a new Bourbon Bar. With over 90 years

What you’ll be doing our newly
appointed Commis Chef

• Prepare fresh ingredients
  for cooking according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards
  and food preparation checklist
• Cook food and prepare top-quality menu
  items in a timely manner
• Test foods to ensure proper portion, food
  garnish and temperature
• Operate kitchen equipment safely
  and responsibly
• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness
  of surfaces and storage containers
