Job
Summary:

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact
for all Revenue Management matters across your assigned hotels. You will
be responsible for maximizing total hotel revenue, including but not limited
to room revenue and event space revenue.

The position encompasses all aspects of strategic pricing, revenue forecasting,
inventory management, topline reporting, and performance analysis. Close
collaboration with the Sales Strategy team is essential to develop and implement
the hotels' overall commercial strategy based on market conditions, competitor
activity, demand patterns, booking pace, and other relevant data.

What your day looks like:
*Maximize total revenue across the assigned hotels, including
rooms and event spaces.

*Ensure that commercial and pricing strategies are effectively communicated,
implemented, and continuously adapted to seasonal and market-driven
fluctuations.
*Support
the weekly Sales Strategy meetings with relevant stakeholders to review
and further develop commercial strategies.
*Collaborate closely with all relevant departments
to coordinate and execute the hotel's commercial strategy.

performance and provide actionable recommendations to the Sales Strategy
team.
*Monitor market
trends and competitor performance (e.g., RevPAR Index, Market Penetration Index,
etc.).
*Prepare weekly
and monthly revenue forecasts and support the annual budgeting
process.
*Monitor
and analyze revenue performance.
*Prepare reports, performance analyses, and statistical
evaluations.
*Ensure
the consistent application of all Revenue Management processes, tools,
and systems.
*Drive
revenue enhancement and cost optimization projects in close collaboration
with other departments, including Sales and Finance.

initiatives to optimize business processes and introduce new
technologies.
*Conduct
audits to ensure compliance with Arabella Hospitality SE standards and Marriott
International Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Job Qualifications:

*Several years of experience in Revenue Management, ideally within
an international hotel environment (experience with Marriott International is
an advantage).
*A degree
in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a comparable
qualification combined with relevant professional experience.
style="font-style:normal; font-weight:400"> *Advanced proficiency in Microsoft
Excel, with experience in industry-standard systems such as MARSHA, Opera PMS,
and One Yield considered an advantage.
*Strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work,
and a high affinity for working with numbers.

and solution-oriented working style with the ability to thrive in a dynamic
environment.
Excellent
written and spoken English skills.
*A collaborative team player with a high level of initiative,
ownership, and commitment.

*Good knowledge of the Munich hotel market is an advantage.
