You'll Do
Ensure all food is prepared according
to established recipes and meets the quality and presentation standards expected
at a premium Courtyard by Marriott Austin Downtown hotel kitchen
Ensure
all food and ingredients are properly labeled, stored, and maintained to brand
and food safety standards — keeping all required logs, temperature checks,
and HACCP documentation current and accurate
Create positive associate
relations that lead to high engagement, a collaborative kitchen culture, and low
turnover within the Courtyard Austin Downtown culinary team
Lead
the kitchen team in a fair, firm, and consistent manner — ensuring all
associates are well-trained, knowledgeable of expectations, and current with all
required food safety certifications
