This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee,
Makeready. The franchisee is a separate company and
a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely
controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including
hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other
terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel,
you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International,
Inc.

the long-term strategies needed to ensure the property reaches their revenue
goals. This individual knows that revenue comes when services levels are met
strictly and works with the operations team and other departments to ensure
they have everything needed to meet and exceed guest service standards.
They take great pride and ownership of the finance responsibilities
they have.

Requested Tasks
Prepare and review annual
budgets, monthly forecasts and financial operations.
style="font-style:normal; font-weight:400"> Oversee the internal financial
system Manage,
hire and mentor Financial and Data team

Requested Capabilities
-
Prior experience as a Director of Financial Planning
and Analysis required; preferably from a hotel or hospitality group.

Prior experience
in management.

Experience working with multi-entity/shared services forecasts/budgets;
experience in the hotel/restaurant/hospitality industry a unique plus.

Proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite required (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Prior experience with
a large-scale FP+A software
