Coury Hospitality. The franchisee is a separate
company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee
solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices,
including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all
other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at

Member.

you are the strategic force behind all dining and beverage operations across two
exceptional properties. Your leadership shapes not just menus,
but mindsets—guiding teams, curating guest journeys, and crafting moments
of excellence.

From day-to-day operations to long-term vision, you set the tone and elevate

  • Manage financial
    performance, forecasting, and budget adherence across departments

  • Mentor and develop
    a high-performing team—recruiting top talent and creating future leaders
  • Drive service
    excellence through hands-on leadership and daily pre-shift alignment

  • Partner with Sales,
    Marketing, and Culinary teams to enhance programming and events

  • Ensure all operations meet
    luxury service standards, health codes, and safety guidelines

  • Champion guest satisfaction
    by creating seamless, engaging, and memorable dining experiences

  • Be the face of our
    restaurants, building relationships with guests, vendors, and the community
