Position Summary:
Develop and execute the hotel’s food and beverage strategy, ensuring
alignment with brand standards, guest expectations and business objectives.
Lead all food and beverage operations including
restaurants, bars, banquets, catering, room service and culinary teams,
delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Drive revenue
growth and profitability through effective budgeting, cost control, forecasting
and financial performance management.
Inspire, coach
and develop food and beverage leaders and associates, creating a culture
of engagement, accountability and operational excellence.
Maintain high standards of service, food quality, safety and compliance
across all outlets and events.
Analyse market trends, guest
feedback and business performance to identify opportunities for innovation,
enhancement and competitive advantage.
Build strong
relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support operational
success and achieve business goals.
Ensure you and the team
uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating Marriott's core
values.
About You:
Relevant experience in
a senior food and beverage leadership role within hospitality.
Working rights in Australia.
Passion
for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting
and driving profitability.
Demonstrated leadership
skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
Self-motivated, driven and energised in
a fast-paced environment.
Armed with smart solutions
and a can-do attitude.
Current Responsible Service
of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
