Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU'LL
DO
- As Director of Human Resources, you will partner
with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that support White
Lodging's goals and objectives. - Oversee the recruitment and selection
process, ensuring the hiring of qualified individuals who contribute to
the hotel's success. - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
by managing associate relations, addressing concerns, and resolving
conflicts. - Ensure the adoption and utilization of performance management
systems to evaluate associate performance, provide feedback, and identify
opportunities for development. - Follow White Lodging compensation plans
and ensure the hotel remains competitive in the market by completing market
analysis regularly. - Deliver White Lodging training programs to enhance
associate skills, knowledge, and performance. - Track and analyze HR
metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas
for improvement. - Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing
guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
in Human Resources, preferably in a hospitality setting. - Certification
in Human Resources preferred (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, etc.) - Ability to build
and maintain strong relationships with fellow associates and leaders.
Excellent organization and communication skills.- Competencies required
for this role include creating a service reputation, driving for results,
guiding team success, building talent, execution, and planning &
organizing.
