• You will serve
as the primary point of contact for government agencies, authorities, embassies,
and international organizations.
• You will build lasting client
relationships and strategically develop the Government & Diplomatic
segment.
• You will acquire new clients and manage existing key accounts
professionally and over the long term.
• You negotiate contracts, framework
agreements, and special terms, and manage the bidding process.
•
You coordinate delegations, groups, and events from the initial inquiry through
to successful execution.
• You ensure compliance with diplomatic, protocol,
and security requirements.
• You develop successful sales strategies
in collaboration with Revenue Management and Marketing.
• You analyze
market trends, business figures, and potential to make the most of revenue
opportunities.
• You lead and develop your team, set clear goals,
and foster a high-performing sales culture.
• You represent the hotel
at important networking and industry events and ensure the highest level
of customer satisfaction.

SHOW US YOUR
TALENTS!
• Completed vocational training in hotel/restaurant
management or as a hospitality professional
• Alternatively, a degree
in hotel/tourism management
• You have relevant professional experience
in sales within the hospitality industry
• Outstanding leadership
experience and experience in government relations
• You’re driven
by success—and no distance is too far to reach a customer!
• You know
the Berlin market like the back of your hand
• Marriott experience from
a previous or current role at our company is a great plus
• A warm,
authentic, and outgoing personality
• Engaging communication
and presentation skills in German and English; knowledge of an additional
foreign language is a plus
• Your enthusiasm for establishing our fantastic
hotel brand as a major player in the market is contagious!

• An organized and structured
approach to work with an eye for detail
