Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY


Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate
with customers to resolve maintenance issues. Inspect operation of elevators
in order to ensure safety and coordinate with vendor in order to resolve
elevator problems and repairs. Load, transport, and unload freight from elevator
to designated area, using hand truck. Order, inspect, store, mark, pack,
and unpack stock items, including filling out requisitions, obtaining manager
approval, and using appropriate vendors.

Follow all company
and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance
problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries, and complete safety training
and certifications.

Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain
confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome
and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and anticipate
and address guests’ service needs. Speak with others using clear
and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships
with others. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale
systems. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than
or equal to 100 pounds without assistance. Visually inspect tools, equipment,
or machines. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling,
and stooping.

Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Move up and down stairs and/or
service ramps. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for
an entire work shift. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
by Supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college.

Related Work
Experience: 4 to 6 years of related work experience.

Supervisory
Experience: No supervisory experience.

REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS

License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License
