Engineering Supervisor

ポジション概要

Engineering Supervisorとして、Chief
Engineerをサポートしながら、ホテル施設・設備の維持管理、予防保全、安全管理および法令遵守を推進していただきます。

建物・設備・敷地の管理を通じて、ゲストに安全で快適な滞在環境を提供するとともに、エンジニアリングチームの運営や設備改善プロジェクト、エネルギー管理など幅広い業務に携わっていただくポジションです。

• Chief
  Engineerの業務補佐およびエンジニアリング部門の運営サポート


• ホテル内の建物・設備・敷地の維持管理


• 空調（HVAC）、給排水設備、電気設備、冷凍・冷蔵設備、水処理設備などの保守・点検


• 客室・レストラン・共用エリア・バックオフィス・館内設備の維持管理


• 予防保全計画の実施・管理


• 修繕・改装・設備更新プロジェクトのサポート


• 修繕工事や設備更新に伴う業者との調整・施工管理


• 部品・設備・備品の在庫管理および発注


• 設備・施設の定期点検および品質管理


• 設備異常や故障発生時の原因分析および改善対応


• 緊急時の施設対応および防災体制の運営サポート

• 建築設備・消防設備など各種法令・安全基準への適合管理


• 消防設備、防災設備、警報設備の維持管理


• エネルギー使用状況の管理および省エネルギー施策の推進


• 行政機関・消防署・協力会社との連携

• 快適で安全なホテル環境の維持によるゲスト満足度向上


• 客室・共用エリアの定期点検


• エンジニアリングスタッフへの業務指導・教育


• 他部門と連携しながらホテル全体の運営をサポート


• サービス品質向上に向けた改善提案

• 高等学校卒業以上
• 以下いずれかに該当する方
  
  
  • ホテル・商業施設・ビル等で設備管理・施設管理の実務経験2年以上
  
  
  • 建築・建設・機械・電気・設備工学などの関連分野を専攻された専門学校・短期大学・大学卒業者
  
  
• 空調設備（HVAC）、給排水設備、電気設備などに関する基礎知識


• 基本的なPCスキル（Word、Excel、メール等）

• ホテルでの設備管理経験


• 第二種電気工事士、消防設備士、ボイラー技士、冷凍機械責任者などの資格


• 修繕・改装・設備更新プロジェクトへの参加経験


• 英語での基本的なコミュニケーション能力

• 安全管理を第一に考え、責任感を持って業務に取り組める方


• 設備トラブルにも冷静かつ柔軟に対応できる方


• チームワークを大切にし、他部門と円滑に連携できる方


• 自ら課題を見つけ、改善提案ができる方


• ゲスト満足度向上を意識し、サービス精神を持って行動できる方


• 新しい知識や技術を積極的に学び、成長意欲のある方
