Job
Description

 We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven
Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team and play a key
role in driving business growth across corporate, MICE, wholesale and inbound
market segments.

  • Develop and grow corporate, MICE and leisure
    business to achieve hotel revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong
    relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents and business
    partners.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through
    networking, prospecting and client engagement.
  • Manage and grow key
    accounts while maximising revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with
    the Revenue, Reservations, Conference & Events and Marketing teams to deliver
    outstanding client experiences.
  • Represent Mercure Melbourne Doncaster
    at industry events, client meetings and trade shows.
  • Monitor sales
    activity, maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales
    reports.
  • Champion the Accor Heartist culture while delivering
    exceptional service to internal and external guests.

  • Previous
    experience in hotel sales or hospitality business development.
  • Strong
    communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability
    to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Excellent relationship management
    and networking abilities.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to identify
    new business opportunities.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and hotel
    sales or property management systems (preferred).
  • A proactive, positive
    attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional guest
    experiences.
  • Full Australian working rights. Please note that visa
